Abandoned villages right now don't look the best they could be, so lets fix that. The houses would have random holes in them, with slabs and stairs making them a bit smoother. There would be holes in ceilings very commonly, with lots of grass and tall grass in these areas. This would allow for more wheat seeds and more beauty. This would also show how long the villages have been left, with how the grass has overrun it. Crops would still be in these villages, but with only 2-5 in each field, to reward the player, but not too generously with all the wheat seeds they could also get. With all of this combined, abandoned villages would look so much better! Sure the details are small, but when together, the tiny details make areas look much better.
