In Bedrock resource packs, biomes_client.json can be edited to change the color of biome water (for both vanilla and custom biomes). Very great feature! However, it would be great if we could also change biomes' grass (and leaf) colors via this file. Very simple suggestion to understand, and I hope it's considered.
