Adding advanced world creation capabilities (port from Java edition)

In the Java edition, during world creation, it is possible to edit the world: "Large biomes" or "Extended" in which you can create unique worlds with your own rules. People who have a weak computer, but a good smartphone will be happy with this innovation.
