Unlit Torch using Water

Torch has become very old in Minecraft with no upgrades. So I came up with an idea to add a new item called Unlit Torch  that you get by waterlog a torch or unlit a torch using water bottle. Also, you can change it back to normal torch using flint and steel.

Details : Unlike normal torch, Unlit torch  is counted as a not-full block  so it can be placed near water or in the water for building purpose. You can't light up an Unlit torch when it is waterlogged.

That idea seems small but with that, people can be more creative with torch especially when it comes to underwater builds. It also will give torch more mechanic and uses.
