Customizable NBT Block

Minecraft should have a customizable block that lets you choose the texture, sounds, and loot table using nbt tags, similarly to player heads (and you could use textures and sounds provided by resource packs as well).

(Using custom resource pack sounds and textures, it would use the MissingTexture texture, and default to regular stone noises if you didn't have a resource pack)
