Material Variants for Crafting Tables, Bookshelves, and So On

Given that we currently have wooden variants for doors, trapdoors, and boats, it would make sense to have more variance for other blocks crafted with wood. Specifically, a crafting table, chest, ladder, and bookshelf variant for each type of wood (I would add, on the topic of bookshelves, that we should be able to store a limited amount of books within a bookshelf, which could result in a texture change on the bookshelf to show that a book has been added, in order to add more functionality to bookshelves, but this is mostly unrelated).

Furthermore, given that by 1.17 we will be able to craft a furnace with three different types of materials, there should be furnace variants (as well as variants for items crafted from furnaces, such as blast furnaces) corresponding to each material it can be crafted from. A furnace made from cobblestone could be a lighter grey, whereas one crafted from blackstone could be dark grey or black. 

Overall, this is for the sake of consistency. It does not make sense, as others here have mentioned (although they have only focused on certain blocks which need improvement), that variants thus far are limited to certain blocks and items.
