Modern versions of blocks (Modern signs and ladders)

There should be craftable signs and ladders that look more modern, such as maybe iron or quartz ladders/signs. It will fit in with modern buildings and also it will make the writing on the signs stand out more and a lot easier to read. I like to put signs on the entrance of my modern buildings, but it just does not look good because wood and modern white does not look good together. I just want it at least to be a feature that I can use in creative mode, and if not maybe dyeing signs different colors can be introduced instead. But I just want a way to have modern looking signs and ladders in regular Minecraft.
