I did this as a comment for another post but I think the Skulklands deserves its own.
The Sculklands is my idea for an end biome, it revolves around skulk blocks and other skulk themed things, these islands are covered with skulk growths and sensors, with patches of a chorus like plant called a "Skulk Stalk" the biome is covered in a dark purple fog and is a very dark creepy place, many little ruins made out of end bricks and purpur blocks, which add to the atmosphere, there is a new mob called the skulker, and Skulklands alternative to the shulker, it is different in that it can inflict blindness and do the illusion copies of itself thing like an illusioner, it is also blind and has a weak but fast melee attack (That inflicts blindness). There is also a new structure called a skulk atrium, it is a mix between a nether fortress and an end city, skulkers and wardens spawn here and the whole place is meant to give a creepy unhinged feeling. There are many different types of rooms, and many treasures, but sometimes there is a special room with 4 skulker spawners and a mini-boss called the Overwarden (Kinda like the elder guardian) the overwarden only spawns in this room and the room is rather rare, its loot is the elytra and unique items in the chests, as it drops nothing.
