A living version of a Phantom

Every undead mob has a living counterpart or in lore status atleast. The Zombie villagers and Zoglins were once Villagers and Hoglins. Zombies and Skeletons are the undead version of humans which are the type of mobs players are. However the Phantom doesnt have a living counterpart? My idea is that feeding a phantom a golden carrot or spider eyes will turn in a living Phantom similar to curing a zombie villager and once it turns living it becomes neutral and tamable. Oncd Tamed players can use phantoms to find rare loot or structures or find them when lost similar to how people in real life use tamed eagles
