Add the "Customized" world type again

It would be super cool if you could add the "Customized" world type again so we could adjust the water levels and other world generation parametors. This implementation would add a lot of interesting worldtypes instead of the "single biome", "caves" and "floating islads". Especially "small islands" world generation and others would be possible.

    also, you should be able to create a world that only has a selection of biomes (ie. tundra, ice spikes, & cold taiga) as opposed to just one.

    this should also be in bedrock, because in bedrock we cannot customize our worlds in this way.

    Considering that the game is being treated more like a pure sandbox recently, this would be great.
