Elevated Deepslate Regions in the new Mountains due to Geological Activity

I'd like to suggest a new layer of Deepslate, specifically in the mountains. (TL;DR in BOLD)

What I'd love to see is a higher layer of caves in the new mountains, since the geological activity pushed up the earth below it. The same Deepslate blocks can be used.
With this, the iron, coal and copper Deepslate ores can be used in the mountains (Thus making them available to use in survival worlds).

How it can be done is either allowing Deepslate regions to generate higher in the mountains OR make tiny blobs of Deepslate generate within the mountains.
Another more technical way to do it might be to predetermine what the average highest point is in a certain chunk and calculate it using:

(Average chunk height) - 256 = (maximum chunk deepslate generation height) ± (5 blocks of variation)

I chose 256 as a set value since it used to be the max world height, and it being the difference between ground/sky level.

This is a fantastic idea for allowing the unobtainable ores to be collected in survival, and it fits in perfectly with Minecraft's design philosophy of portraying things correctly. Well done!

This is such a good idea and maybe the deep slate could de a new type that it's like deep slate but it's more bright and called mount slate
