Tool item

A new item called "tool" (or someting else) which we could modify the blocks and objects. For example: normally the stone wall and fence are not connected to each other, but with this tool we can do it. Or change the stairs orients. (these with left click) Right click we can use additional item, for example carpet for armor stands, flower pot, etc.
