Potion brewing, but for enchanting books

I think it would be cool to be able to be able to craft enchanting books from a book and certain items on an anvil. Say, a book and flint and steel would make fire aspect, or a fire charge would make flame. But if you look at the announced ideas, then you should see the prickly pear idea, if this is released , then you could use your sword to get cactus spikes, and also skin the cactus. But the spikes could be used to make thorns. This could also work with a third slot on the enchanting table, made for specific enchantments on tools, which would make it appear with a compatible item.
