Height limit

Since everything is gonna reopen again because of the height limit, I hope Mojang can set the limit is same as 1.16 but the underground would keep going down under 0. I hope the world can be continue using it and I hope Mojang can update the chunks either explored or haven't explored. I want it can be updated like before, thanks ;(
