Mojang has a really active modding community, it would be amazing if we could get this functionality back in the bedrock edition.

Completely agree, completely ruined game play without the custom shaders

Moreover this would allow people that don't have RTX graphics card(which is a huge amount of people TBH) be able to play with shaders.

I really think this should be readded into the game! Letting ray tracing users have ray tracing and not letting people without ray tracing capable hardware have shaders is a complete disappointment! It's annoying just having to convert worlds to Java to see shaders.

I've been really missing real shaders on my windows 10. Please, developers, bring shaders back. Please...

Ever since they removed custom shaders I’ve been moving more towards Java. Really miss my bedrock shaders

This is really important since these kind of mods really improve gameplay experiences, especailly the use of shaders, but also other visual changes, making the gameplay more enjoyable

The loss of chunk border packs has made making large to mid sized redstone devices annoying.
Redstone is currently my preferred project in survival realm. However without constantly calculation of chunk boundaries I run a very high risk of them malfunctioning or completely breaking whenever I travel out of the build area.
Since the change to render dragon I have lost any motivation to build after my first two contraptions broke as the redstone crossed a chunk boundary.
I have spoken to other bedrock redstone enthusiasts that have left the game completely after suffering similar problems.

Given the state of how impossible it is to obtain RTX grade GPUs for most players is one HUGE reason this should be worked on immediately by the Mojang team. I would add to this point on the graphical side too that most of the available RTX packs are buggy and incomplete making even that experience...ho hum at best.
Additionally if the game is seeking parity between versions, the inability to have "F3" functionality in Bedrock means finding things like chunk borders a chore on the Bedrock version compared to the relative ease in doing this in Java. This is only one of many examples that exist.
Handcuffing Bedrock players only hurts the overall community. The Java platform will remain the "go to" platform for players if functionality that players desire is taken away which seems counterintuitive to the push for parity and growth of the game for both new comers and say more technical players.

I would love to still be able to use texture packs. I payed for an app to be able to do it on Xbox, but now I have to use just the vanilla textures. Please bring back the third party support!

I always get so jealous watching java streamers when they have shaders on. I never knew minecraft could look that good!

On the platform that is designed for inclusivity, showing 3rd party developers the ability to create mods and packs would be welcomed. It would give millions of players on consoles and mobile to ability to create similar beauty that's usually only found in Java. Please allow 3rd party mods and packs back into Bedrock.

Yes, please. This would be amazing, as we could make very nice shaders with the engine.

I hope MCWIN10 can be used with shaders again, it's really a shame that on a cellphone it can, but on Windows 10 it can't🙏

Please stop treating Bedrock like a step child and recognise that it deserves better opportunities to be just as fun tweaking as Java.

+1, availibility of RTX cards is horrible. My GTX1080Ti can run good Java shaders at 120fps+ so im pretty sure it would be even better in Bedrock edition shaders. Mojang, please decrypt engine

Mojang has a really active modding community, it would be amazing if we could get this functionality back in the bedrock edition. Also, Renderdragon will help shader creators make even better shaders for minecraft bedrock than ever before!

Voted, but I fear it might be futile.

Call me Mr Cynical but I have a sneaking feeling that disabling user-created shaders was part of the partnership deal Microsoft made with Nvidea.
After all (from their point of view) why would people buy a new RTX card if they can have shaders without one?
I have no doubt that it was out of Mojang's hands and was a purely commercial decision by Microsoft & Nvidea.

Agree, Mojang should really add 3rd party shaders support back to the game, not many player has an RTX card, but most players want to see their build in shaders. Also Render Dragon is a fairly new render engine(I think Mojang really wants Render Dragon a proprietary engine), so it has some issues like bad input delay and block flickering while moving. It has potential but OpenGL or Vulkan works just fine for now
