Rare big / huge ore veins.

Big Ore vein would have a rare chance to spawn where the type of ore normally generates. The Big ore veins would not be exposed to air. The would generate with a lot of ore and maybe in the middle of the vein block of that type of ore.

  They should come in multiple sizes too.
