Enchantment book transfers

What if you could put an enchantment from one book with 2 separate enchantments onto a book without any? It would be random of course but what if there was a chance that you could loose the enchantment? It would be 10% chance for level 1, 20% for level 2, 30% for level 3, 40% for level 4 and 50% for level 5. It would add a chance for just getting rid of one bad enchantment on a book fill with op ones but at the risk of losing a good enchantment. It would add just that much more critical thinking added to the game
