Make data packs more easier to create

I think Mojang should add a data-pack creator for Minecraft or make data packs easier to create, like a in-game data pack creator or a easer way to handle file management on data packs.

They should at least make it easier to accomplish basic things... like crafting items with nbt tags, and adding custom blocks. :/
