Using Shears on Flower Bushes

I know a lot of people miss the singular rose, so what if you could use shears on the rose bush to get 1-3 roses? It could work like the sweet berry bush in which the flowers grow back or it could destroy the bush instead. This could also apply to the peony and lavender bushes ^^ That way the singular flowers don't grow in the wild but there's a way to obtain them just like in irl!
