I think the Skulk sensor should constantly detect vibration, so that when the skulk sensor is activated and there is a second vibration then the second vibration would overwrite the first vibration, this would prevent any vibration to be lost. For example if you want to detect a player jumping but then the player first walks, then it will not detect the jumping because the skulk sensor can't detect anything while it is still sending out the walking vibration signal.
