Frozen Caves

Icy caves would be caves made of packed ice. patches of blue ice would appear instead of andesite, granite, or diorite. there would also be patches of snow and powder snow and strays would spawn. all water generated in that biome would freeze at the surface. there would be a frozen stone variant that would also spawn in these caves. these patches of frozen stone would be the only places where ores spawn in these caves, as ores dont appear in ice in real life. the ores would be frozen variants of ores along with this, some blocks will be covered by slush, which would be like a partially transparent ice carpet. why would you want to go in to these caves? because of strays and less space for ores, the frozen ores would give more ores, essentially acting like you used fortune 0.5.these caves would also only spawn near ice/snow biomes on the surface and won't replace deepslate
