'Shock Bolt' - A cool new treasure enchantment for Crossbows.

Shock bolt works a lot like the shock web enchantment from minecraft dungeons, however this time, the arrow leaves a small trail of electricity behind it which follows it after. When a mob gets in the way of the trail of electricity, it will take 1HP of damage every second. 

When the arrow hits the ground or a surface, it will create a quick burst of electric damage around it, similarly to how lightning rods generate electric sparks on copper blocks during thunderstorms.

Any mob caught in the radius of the impact will get 1HP of electric damage for 3 seconds, as the impact shock starts at a 5x5 radius and slowly shrinks down like a lingering potion.

On it's own, this enchantment doesn't seem too powerful since it doesn't deal electric impact to mobs, but combining it with piercing is when it starts to get fancy! - It could be very useful in crowd control and could also be great in PVP scenarios.
