Snowy mountains in snow biomes should also get improved mountain treatment.

When exploring a snowy mountains biome it struck me that they were at best snowy hills. With the caves and cliffs update it makes sense that the snowy mountains receive an upgrade too. I know there is a mildly snowy variant of the new mountains but I think there could be a really snowy variant for snow biomes. Loving the update so far though!
