Tilling Dirt With Diamond+ Hoe Prevents Turning to Normal Dirt By Jumping

It just gets really annoying that you have to be so careful for not only you but other mobs too to not ruin farmland just by jumping on it. To make the best hoes more useful for tilling dirt, Diamond & Netherite Hoes should permanently disable farmland from getting dirty via jumping. Just another quality of life change that MC needs.
