Refresh at y-level

It would be very helpful giving this game replayability but with the same builds above the cave systems below you by having the option to replace the bottom half of the world with something new. Pick a y-coordinate, and anything below that becomes new caves, for you to enjoy the great feeling of caving in unknown cave systems
