New enchanting table, but its called the wither table

An enchanting table but instead of diamonds, you use nether stars, and crying obsidian instead of regular obsidian. It would allow you to pull enchantments that are already on a tool to a book for a high exp cost. It would pull up to three pickable random enchants and if there are more a chance to pull those as well. This would allow another way to get rare enchants such as mending, also it should add a random curse. Any item an enchant is pulled from "withers" away, and the resulting enchanted book has X enchant, and X curse. The curse is the risk for the reward of getting easier enchants.
