Snow bamboo forest

A new ice and snow biome that is a variant of Bamboo Jungle.
As the name implies, this biome is the same as the snow-covered Bamboo Jungle.
There are basically quite a few mobs in this biome, but there are new mobs.
It's a "lesser panda".
This mob can eat bamboo like a panda, and besides bamboo, it also eats eggs, apples, and berries.
