As we all know, fighting the warden same like an iron golem would not be easy as one of the devs says. So I came up with the idea of a roofed skulk sensor. A roofed skulk sensor will be in the new cave biomes and will be around stalactites and sand/gravel. As seen in the Minecraft live video; the warden does a pose shooting out something from his head when he cant reach you. Well that is what the roofed skulk sensor is for. When attempting to tower attack the warden will send out signals which will be attracted by roofed skulk sensors which will cause it to vibrate and give out a red stone signal and cause stalactites to vibrate and fall.not only stalactites but sand and gravel or other gravity blocks.
The roofed skulk sensor will have roofed skulk roots which may transmit signals to others. Further more, you may get hit by one if the falling objects and attempt to make a roof. But that wont work. As stalactites fall there will be the tip, and the stalactite debris. The debris fall faster than the tip and may break off the stalactite and break other blocks. When the debris or tip hit a block the block will break, depending on its hardness. The tip may have lingering or splash effects of poison or nausea (0:02-4) and can cause you to fall off. There can also be sharped stalactites that fall faster and have more effects. But If this idea comes in I would be extremely happy since I am fascinated by the new update and would love to see players counter it!
