Since typing in "/execute at" will only show entity targets: ' @e @a @r @p @s '
Why not have it so that it can now execute commands at blocks. There should be "@e" for all blocks, "@r" for a random block, "@p" for the closest block, and "@s" for itself.
This will make it so that you can make glass blocks always have fire on top of it.
Like you can do this in a function.
execute at block @e[type=minecraft:crying_obsidian] run summon minecraft:tnt ~ ~5 ~
Yes, maybe the part where you have to put in just the coordinates before the type of block should be replaced as well.
