Taiga overhaul

Taiga biomes should get some love with the new moss and snow blocks. As Mojang developers propably know, at this stage taiga biomes does not really represent a northern taiga. New moss and snow blocks can changes this, however. First: podzol should be the "default" ground block instead of grass. There also should be quite a lot moss and moss carpets over the podzol. There could be some grass too, but majority of the ground should be covered with podzol and moss (carpets). Second: Snowy variants of the taiga biomes should get the new snow blocks too, and during snowfall some snow should get under trees too, so that ground can be fully covered with snow. With these changes, taigas would be a lot more unique and interesting environments, and represent their real life counterparts a lot better.
