Nether building for bedrock players

It would be really good if with the new caves and cliffs update Mojang could increase the nether build height in bedrock, allowing those players to build on top of the nether. As a bedrock player it is really annoying not being able to do this. It would also be really cool if you could build under the nether using the new minus y levels. Thanks

    YouTubers show building on nether roof and I feel it is not fair for bedrock players. Can you please fix this for bedrock users to build as well on the nether roof. Also allow bedrock to use beds and doors underwater like in Java. Thank you.
