Code Builder in Vanilla Minecraft

Like in the Minecraft Education Edition, there should be a code builder in Vanilla Minecraft. It can be helpful for codes you can do in the Education Edition. It should be the same as it too. I can use it for flattening land in infinite worlds (I can’t use /fill) and for replacing blocks under you (like when player walk, place block at ~0 ~-1 ~0) (it will take a long time to replace blocks under you when building houses without it!).
