Replace flat bedrock walls in -y levels with texture

In the new caves and cliffs update The current plan for -y levels in old chunks is to fill the whole area with bedrock. But on the chunk border with new deeper chunks, there is a big 64 block tall flat bedrock wall. I think that wall should have texture like the bedrock at the bottom of the world and top of the nether has. Similar to the bedrock wall the old console editions of minecraft had in the nether
