Ability to change versions on bedrock (console, PC and pocket)

You could go to settings and go to a change version tab to go back to the versions with the glowing obsidian and nether core reactor.

    With how MC Bedrock's add-on works, it might be a better choice to make it based off the world rather than the client? Say, set a world to 1.12.2 while another is set to 1.21.1 since Add-Ons have a "version number" that's used in their code.

    WOW! I hope we get this. There are java bedrock servers but the plugins only work for Bedrok versions like 1.21.4 or something like that.

    This would be amazing cuz I would want to go back to older versions for the nostalgia. Also Java has it, so it would only make sense for Bedrock to adapt it too
