Directional lighting

A light source that would only emit light from one direction, rather than affecting a large area, this block would create a line of light in the direction you placed it, this allows for more interesting choices with how a player would light up their builds, spawners, or just the land around them, this would mean the player could creating a more unique aesthetic with their lighting!
