You should be able to customize NPC's with the Character Creator!

We can already create our own skins, why not do the same with NPC's! This would be great for custom maps, as I usually face a problem where I have 10 characters that all look the same because of the incredibly limited variety for NPC skins.

  The character creator shouldn’t require internet or Nintendo account or Microsoft account or PlayStation account
