Cold desert

It is a biome different from the normal desert, and mainly fog is generated.
The color of the sand produced there is gray and you cannot grow cacti on that sand.
Also, it may snow instead of rain.
Dead trees are produced in this biome, and the color of the dead trees is black.
Of course, you can't grow the tree.
Because there is no such sapling.
And I think that lizards, geckos, scorpions, etc. mainly inhabit this biome.

    There is the dead bush, not that I'm saying it will actually GROW, (it is dead after all) but the reason it won't grow should be that it is dead, not that it has no sapling...

    This sounds like regular deserts but in the night. I imagine a cold desert biome to be like Antarctica, which is a desert. It would have snow blocks instead of sand.
