New Enchantment, Pearls' Eye

Suggestion: A new enchantment called Pearl's Eye. It would do more damage to Endermen, Shulkers, Endermites, and The Dragon. Similar to Smite, the enchantment would go up to level 5, dealing more damage to end mobs the higher the level of pearl's eye you have. The enchantment would only work on swords. Adding this would be a good idea because currently, the Smite enchantment works on most of the Nether mobs, so why not deal more damage to those from the end?
