Depth Strider Works In Rain

In a similar vein to how you can use the Riptide enchantment underwater and while raining the Depth Strider enchantment would now allow the player to move faster while it’s raining like it does when you are underwater. This would make it so rain is better still as it would give another reason to like one Minecraft’s most annoying climate
