  The whole point of copper is to use it for utility, and the devs already said there would be no copper armor.

  there already is a wooden shield tho..

  Just like every other player who suggested copper tools and armor, you gave no reason as to why it should be added that is more than "it would be cool" or "so it would be the same as iron and gold"

  Rather than copper armor/tools, make bronze and brass armor/tools (smithing table upgrades from iron and gold armor, like netherite) they have different designs. (like netherite armor) Brass would be a more durable version of gold, and bronze would be a more durable version of iron (or maybe it would have some other special feature)
