Mesmerize Effect From Glow Squids

If you look at a glow squid it will inflict you with the "mesmerize" effect, similar to the one from the glow squids reveal video. Obnoxious glowing stars similar to the glow squids design will appear on your screen block your view. It'll be difficult to look away and you start sinking and drowning if you don't have the respiration enchantment or water breathing. I guess this makes them moderately deadly but just a minor annoyance if you have the said gear to survive. There should also be an item to stop the mesmerize effect but I'm not sure what it will be.
