Fix problems with banners on bedrock (banners on shields)

So we are all aware of banners on shield on java but what about bedrock, i prefer to play on bedrock to java i dont know why but i just do. So can mojang add shield banners to bedrock and maybe add the ability to attach it to your back like on a pillager raid captian.

And please add it in 1.17

    they also should make it so you can name a banner and click it with a map to make a marker. like how it is on Java.

    It's not fair to make it so only people who can afford a PC and Java to be able to put banners on shields. Yes it's small but it's just a small thing to add that I know would make people happy

    Can you also add the adding banners to maps like java as well? It's makes things easier when locating things on maps.

    if im honest this idea is good, but it will be hard to happen because of the code
