Make Giants spawn in large underground caves

Given a 18 block high space underground, giants would be able to spawn as possibly some sort of mini-boss for the caves. I know we already have the Warden but this could be a really cool rarity!

    and also make it so that if the cave is under those huge snow mountains they are like frost giants, or if the cave is under a desert, you could make it like a giant with desert villager wardrobe, but bigger and torn up. this could apply to all biomes where the caves are underneath.
