Ice Caves & Caverns

Icy Caves & caverns which are found in colder biomes and would be great along with the new mountain generation, with icicles which are similar to stalactites but made of ice, thinner, drip water, and maybe can even form over long periods of time.

  Agreed, we need Ice Caves and Caverns, ice variant of dripstone and ice blocks that replaces stone until it reaches a certain level, mostly found on the surface and high and be replaced by stone once goes below the surface level, polar bears would be a good way to find them and they live in them, the same goes to other biomes like desert, mesa, jungle and so on, so yeah

  a few suggestions:

  - the only mobs to spawn there are strays (or maybe a new mob)
  - powder snow will generate frequently
  - stray spawners (like skeleton and zombie spawners but for strays) will spawn only in these caves and will be the only spawner you find in them
