@b command syntax

We have @p @a @r @e and @s, but I think commands would be improved with @b for blocks. Example: if you wanted to automatically light tnt, you could do /execute @b[type=tnt] ~ ~ ~ summon tnt ~ ~ ~

    The problem with this is, target selectors aren't meant to check blocks, they're only meant for entities. You target blocks using coordinates
