crystal skeleton boss for caves and cliffs

it spawns in the caves having 80 hp it drops a new item called  crystal bow and arrow

  Also, it should drop a Crystal Skeleton Skull Head, Crystal Skeleton Bone which as the same recipe to normal Skeleton Bones
