I am suggesting the following idea to be added to Minecraft in any future update. The feature would be rotatable blocks. This idea, which I realize may be controversial, would not mean a breaking of everything loved about the blocky nature of Minecraft. The feature would take the existing blocks in Minecraft and, through maybe a specific tool bench, allow the user to make a block rotatable. This ability would allow the player to rotate the block in 8 different ways. This is best thought like a clock face. The rotations would go as follows; a rotation at 0 degrees or 12 o'clock, 45 degrees, 90 degrees, 135 degrees, 180 degrees, 225 degrees, 270 degrees, and finally 315 degrees. I am calling for this feature as it would allow the Minecraft user to create new details and structures not currently possible in Minecraft.
