Pet armor respawn function

Pet armor for parrots, wolves, cats, etc. They could get new enchantments or use normal armor ones. There would also be a new item that works as a totem of undying but for pets, and you can find it in places like dungeon and Minecraft chests. They should be 1 time use and rare.

    I also think it'd be cool if we had the ability to give pets totems of undying.
