Add Rumble Feedback to Bedrock Edition

I feel that adding rumble feedback to controllers while playing Bedrock Edition would go a long way in making the game feel more immersive. The controller could rumble when the player places or breaks a block, takes damage, is near an explosion, dives into water or maybe even while they are gliding with Elytra to simulate the wind. Most modern games feature this already and it feels a little out of place that Minecraft hasn't implemented it yet. It would be an optional feature of course, as I understand some people actually don't like to play with rumble.
