Ore Fragments/Ore Veins

Hello all!

Ore Fragments and Ore Veins are a new block and a new item that make finding small quantities of some metals easier, a bit like Gilded Blackstone and Nether Gold Ore, both of which drop Gold Nuggets when mined.

These items would be slightly more common than the ore they are related to, but still somewhat rare. There are also two ways of finding the two items.

Ore Fragments appear in Chests mostly in Mineshafts, and can be smelted to create 1 nugget of that material, or crafted into an ingot like you can do with netherite scraps.

Ore Vein containing blocks (in other words, stone with a very small trace of ore in it, only enough for a nugget or two) can also be smelted to create nuggets or pieces of that item.

These two items could work for every ore in Minecraft, and there could even be Diamond or Gemstone Ore Veins that produce Diamond (or other gemstone) Shards, and in the same way nuggets can be crafted into ingots, these gemstone Shards create a gemstone when 9 are combined.
